Ballantyne known for it’s upscale suburban living is located south of Charlotte off of the I-485 loop between Matthews and Pineville. Development started in this area in 1996. “Nothing could be finer than to live” in the Ballantyne Country Club. The east side started with beautiful brick colonials and later the west side provided stately homes and a first-class Club House and Golf course.
If you visit the area, you can’t miss the Ballantyne Corporate Park. It is Charlotte area’s largest office parks with almost 4 million leasable square feet and home to approximately 300 companies. Hosting several Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, this area has proved to be one of the most successful in the Southeast.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown Charlotte are an easy commute within a 18 mile radius.
No reason to go anywhere else to shop. This town is set right in the heart of shopping, dining and gourmet grocery stores. The schools are some of the best in the county and the homes are all grand. This is a thriving business community that will make you want to call it home.
